The holiday season is all about being with your family.  And though 2020 has been challenging in many ways, we hope that a constant in this craziness will be the bond of your family and friends, virtually or small gatherings.  Palace Foods is driven by a family focus; so much so that we extend our family to our employees to cultivate a positive workplace culture.  A time where that really shows is the holiday season, where we try to plan special things for our employees to show our appreciation for them.  

In past years, lots of sweet treats have been brought in for lunch from us or our temp agency that we work closely with.  We provide every employee with a turkey for Thanksgiving or a ham for Christmas. We also have fun at our company holiday lunch at our local Mexican restaurant, Plaza Azteca. Employees are able to bring their families, and we enjoy each other’s company! 

Moving Forward with Traditions

With the whirlwind that everyone has been thrown into, we’re not sure if or how these traditions will hold up this season.  But, we’ve been doing our best to make sure our family and our employee’s families are having a healthy and special holiday season.

This family-based, positive workplace culture helps employees feel more comfortable at work, which is exponentially beneficial for everyone! We believe it’s important not only on an employee-level, but a human-level as well; we don’t miss an opportunity to show gratitude for our staff – our family! 

At Palace Foods, we’re more than your average co-packing company. Within our four walls, we’re focused on building a positive workplace culture to include everyone, just as we would with our family. Though we specialize in the hot-filling process and cold-fill process, nothing warms our hearts more than knowing we can create a positive work environment that makes a difference in people’s lives!
